$395 per person. Tuition includes: Your own copy of the Insight facilitator guide and student workbook, a 400 page supplementary resource book, toll-free and on-line support for your groups, a free subscription to the Insight E-news, a Community Intervention certificate of completion, and morning and afternoon refreshments.
Register Early and Save! Save $70 per person, if you register and pay four weeks before the training start date (Pay $325). Save $95 per person, if you send three or more from your organization (Pay $300 each).

Register on the first morning from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Training takes place between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.daily. Please note that this is Eastern Standard Time.

Directions to conference room:
The conference room area is located on the ground floor of Methodist Hospital. If you are driving, please park in Garage #1 located at 1701 N Senate Blvd. Yu will enter the hospital through the "A" lobby and will be on Main Street. Walk down Main Street to Professional Avenue. If you went past the cafeteria you have gone too far. Turn left on Professional Avenue and take a right onto Library Lane. There will be a set of stairs to your right. Go down the stairs and follow the big hallway down to conference room area. The areas are marked, A, B anc C.

| Cancellation Policy |
Community Intervention reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule this training seminar. Community Intervention cannot be held responsible for airline cancellation penalties or other costs related to your travel.
Please notify us immediately if you are unable to attend this training by calling 800.328.0417. If you cancel your registration up to ten business days prior to the first day of training, you may apply the tuition to a future Insight Class training or you may request a full refund. Cancellations received after ten days prior to the training start date will be charged a $150.00 registration fee. If you are registered to attend the training and do not show, you will be charged the full tuition. |
