Flying High VHS (Sooper Puppy)
Thousands of elementary age children have found a friend and teacher in Baxter, AKA Sooper Puppy. Central to all the issues that Baxter and his neighborhood friends face is empowerment. Through their trials and tribulations, children learn along with them, mesmerized by these lovable puppets and wise old Grandpaw's animated stories.
Baxter wants to fly. Grizzle and Stoops try to convince him that he can really fly "high" on drugs. Grandpaw tells the story of "Mortimer, The Flying Turtle," and Baxter learns that there is a difference between real fun, which contributes to growth and strength, and fake fun, which is an illusion manufactured by drugs. This program inspires children to look within themselves for happiness.
